A gamma-ray unit ended with "Elapsed time exceeded". But the estimated time to completion was only 2 hours, compared to 76 hours in Einsten@home.

AQUA was made by D-Wave, which says it has built quantum computers and sold them for about a hundred million dollars each.

I have 4 units done and waiting for validation since December and January. But their wingmen are absent (unsent units). Why?

I have 4 pages of results, most of them completed and validated, with 2 in progress and 9 pending, 3 with errors or not completed in time. But aren't they canceled once validated?

I've received six units is a row. Since one of my two cores is used by a CPDN unit which is evidently running in high priority mode since it does not switch at every hour as it should, I had to put NNT in Albert in order to clear up this stack, which is decreasing every four hours. Thy are all Binary Radio Pulsar units.

I noticed that the h1_0996 tasks are taking 3-4 times longer than the h1_005x tasks. On one of my systems that is also running Einstein BRP tasks doubled in time also even with one core reserved for the GPU.

Is this why people are aborting them? I got three aborts on a single unit, still not validated, and all of them were on CPUs faster than my Opteron 1210.

Strangely enough, they complete in about 17 hours in Einstein@home running on my HP laptop with an AMD APU E-450 at 1.65 GHz and in about 20 hours on my main Linux box with its Opteron 1210 at 1.8 GHz here. Is there a difference between the WUs?

Yes, all other units both in Einstein and Albert are validated, so it is not a fault of my two systems.

One of my tasks has been declared invalid. OK, I know this is a test project. Now I have received another one with a 4 days deadline, so it is running in high priority mode. A SETI Astropulse task is running alongside it, but a Test4Theory@home won't start because it needs 2 cores (I have only 2 on my Opteron 1210).

A message by Bernd in Einstein@home says:
We found a problem in S6BucketLVE validation. Until this has been tracked down and fixed (or worked around) the validator is disabled.

Yep, all my invalid WUs are coming from "Gravitational Wave S6 LineVeto search (extended) v1.04 (SSE2)" running on Xeon E5620 CPUs (8 invalid / 674 valid / 532 pending).
It seems to be Xeon-related problem.

`Very likely.

For my 14 workunits waiting for uploads, all the files appear to have reached 100% in transferring their contents to the server, but the server appears not to have sent back some signal saying that the transfer is complete. Currently getting workunits from several other BOINC projects.

Same here, also SETI@home is down.Too many GPUs in my humble opinion, overloading both servers and staff, which has dwindled from 7 to 3 from 2001 to 2012, according to Angela.
